The Artificial Intelligence 2026 funding programme, promoted by Grupo SPRI, allocates €14 million to support companies in the Basque Country in integrating AI solutions into their production processes. The initiative aims to accelerate the effective adoption of this technology in the industrial sector and to drive projects that enhance competitiveness through automation and process optimisation.

In addition to funding AI applications, the programme also supports projects focused on data preparation and strategic data management—key enablers for deploying these innovative solutions. Grants can reach up to €100,000 per company and cover both the implementation of commercial AI tools and the development of the necessary data infrastructures.
