IDSA Update Session | Taking big steps to accelerate data space creation

At the end of the year, IDSA always provides an overview: What has been achieved, what is particularly important, what and where do we really want to move forward, and where can members participate? This is exactly what will be done this year, on December 15.

Less than ten years ago, IDSA was planting a small seed with IDS. Today, the standard for data spaces is flourishing. Significant and mature assets have been developed, an engaged and broad community has been built, and we see very promising data spaces that demonstrate that IDS can drive digital transformation and enable the data economy.

December 15 will go into detail and present the major steps IDSA has taken this year in particular:

• What will be special about the future version 5.0 of IDS-RAM.
• How exactly the Dataspace Protocol promotes scalability and flexibility of data spaces.
• Have you heard about the new Eclipse Dataspace Working Group?
• What is the standardization progress and when will IDS become an ISO standard?
• How we take all of this to the world, how we drive and will drive internationalization
• who can contribute, how and where, and most importantly, how IDSA members can create dataspaces and help shape the dataspace standard.
