M1.CU2 - Introduction to Data Spaces

DESCRIPTION:

This course provides participants with a solid introduction to International Data Spaces (IDS). During the course, students will explore the fundamentals of IDSs, including their architecture, standards and protocols used, as well as the challenges and opportunities associated with international data management and governance. Through practical examples and case studies, participants will understand how IDSs facilitate interoperability and secure collaboration between different organisations and sectors. At the end of the course, students will be familiar with the basic principles of IDS and will be able to apply them in relevant projects and work environments.
