DATA SHARING IN EUROPE: DGA AND DA

BAIDATA participates on September 19 in a one-day hybrid conference co-organized by the Dauphine Fondation's Governance and Regulation Chair and Gaia-X, entitled "Data Sharing in Europe: Data Governance Act and Data Act".

During this event, to be held at Paris-Dauphine University, discussions will be held among key stakeholders in the adoption and entry into force of the DA and DGA respectively, including policy makers, industry representatives and researchers, on alternative implementation strategies for the DGA and DA, their promises and risks.

There is great interest among stakeholders in data sharing ecosystems to understand the impact of this new regulatory framework and strategies to implement it. Don't miss it!
