DSSC Insights Series | Standardisation in Data Spaces

Funded by the European Commission as part of the Digital Europe Programme, the Data Spaces Support Centre is aimed at initiatives and companies that want to create sovereign data spaces. It will explore their needs, define common requirements and establish best practices to accelerate the formation of data spaces - key elements of digital transformation - at all levels.

BAIDATA will collaborate on the initiative through the International Data Spaces Association (IDSA) and our secretariat, the Innovalia Association.

With the DSSC Insights Series, you will have the opportunity to learn about the activities and scope of the Data Spaces Support Centre. In its monthly webinars, you will meet DSSC stakeholders and actively follow the development of the Data Space Blueprint.

The webinar will focus on the standardisation of data spaces. After presenting the current legislative framework, it will showcase the milestones achieved by the DSSC in its alignment with international standardisation organisations, such as CEN/CENELEC and W3C. Afterwards, the event will unveil a key standardisation action by a member of the DSSC consortium: the International Data Space Association's Data Space Protocol.
