The Data Spaces Symposium is the world’s leading event on data spaces, a meeting place for pioneering thinkers, innovators and organisations that are shaping the future of the data economy.

Its fifth edition will take place at The EGG, Brussels, on 9 and 10 March 2027. Registration is not yet open.

This year, the symposium will focus on three major challenges for the consolidation of data spaces:

• Business value and impact, analysing how data spaces generate tangible results for organisations.
• Scalability, as a path towards financial viability and long-term sustainability.
• Industrial AI, exploring the role of data spaces as a trusted foundation for its development.

As part of this event, the second edition of the European Data Space Awards will also take place, recognising initiatives that have achieved measurable progress in these three areas.
