Spain is promoting urban mobility data spaces through the European DYNAMO project
Spain’s participation in the European pilot project DYNAMO (Dynamic Mobility Optimization through Data Spaces) reinforces the role of data spaces as a tool for advancing toward more efficient and connected urban mobility.
Led by the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) in collaboration with the city of Riga (Latvia) and Data Fryslân (Netherlands), the project is part of the fourth edition of pilot projects under the European Data Space for Smart Communities (DS4SSCC). DYNAMO will bring the experience developed in Spain through the Data Space for Smart Urban Infrastructure (EDINT) to the European level, utilizing data on transportation occupancy, traffic, fleet availability, events, weather, and incidents.
