The call for entries for the 2027 European Data Spaces Awards is now open. These awards, organized by the Data Spaces Support Center, recognize data space initiatives that are driving data exchange in Europe. The call for entries features two categories: one for operational data spaces that are already demonstrating value to their users and a viable financial model, and another for emerging initiatives with great potential to bring fresh ideas and high-impact innovations to the European data ecosystem.

The selected initiatives will be announced on December 21, 2026, and the winners will be revealed at the Data Spaces Symposium 2027, to be held in Brussels on March 9.
