The deployment of the Digital Product Passport (DPP) is transforming the way in which European companies manage, share and verify information throughout the entire value chain. In this context, the BAIDATA Association and the Innovalia Association, as part of the CIRPASS-2 project’s activities, have collaborated on a technical document.

This document demonstrates how Data Spaces, Asset Administration Shells (AAS) and European Business Wallets enable the creation of a scalable and sovereign ‘Internet of Product Data’, turning DPP compliance into a driver of competitiveness and the circular economy for European industry, with case studies ranging from textiles to semiconductors.

Jesús Alonso, director of the BAIDATA Association, will present the key findings of this technical paper at the DPP Festival, to be held in Rotterdam (Netherlands) on 24 September. Ahead of this international event, we would like to share its conclusions in an exclusive Deep Dive for our members.

What will we cover?

  • The role of Data Spaces, AAS and European Business Wallets in a trustworthy data ecosystem.
  • DPP compliance as a driver of competitiveness and circularity.
  • Practical application case studies.

Please note: This session is exclusively for BAIDATA members.
