FIWARE Global Summit 2025 to Take Place in Morocco for the First Time

From May 22 to 23, 2025, Rabat will host the next edition of the FIWARE Global Summit—marking the first time the event travels to Morocco. This year’s summit places a spotlight on smart and sustainable innovation beyond European borders, with Morocco emerging as a key player thanks to its ongoing digital transformation.

As the country gears up for the 2030 FIFA World Cup, major investments are being directed toward next-generation infrastructure, mobility, and digital services. The event is organised in collaboration with Rabat Smart City, as part of the Smart Cities Morocco Roadshow, and supported by UM6P and the Smart Moroccan Alliance for Resilient Territories (SMART).
