Bilbao City Council and the Spanish Network of Smart Cities (RECI) will host the fifth edition of their national congress at the Euskalduna venue. The event will bring together member cities and regions of RECI, along with public institutions, the European Commission, and key players in the tech ecosystem.

This edition will focus on three major drivers of urban transformation: cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and quantum technologies. It will also serve as a collaborative platform to share trends, best practices, and challenges currently faced by smart cities.
